Atlético-MG and Botafogo are in search of the 2024 Copa Libertadores da América title this Saturday (30) at 5pm (Brasília time). The decisive duel between the Brazilians takes place at Más Monumental in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
While Glorioso fights for its unprecedented international title, Galo seeks its second title on the continent. The Minas Gerais team lifted the cup in 2013.
In addition to Eternal Glory, the Libertadores title guarantees the champion important places this year and next season.
Place in the Intercontinental Cup
There will already be an important duel in two weeks. The Libertadores title guarantees a place in the Intercontinental Cup, and the first game will be on December 11th.
The duel, called the Derby of the Americas, takes place in Doha, Qatar, against Mexican side Pachuca, champion of the Concacaf Champions League.
If they advance, the representative of South America, Egypt, on the 14th, also in Doha, for the Challenger Cup, the semi-final of the tournament. The Intercontinental Cup final is scheduled for the 18th against Real Madrid.
In search of another South American title
