First of all there is Latvia (1.24% of its GDP), while second is Estonia (1.10%) and third Lithuania (0.93%). This ranking is completed by Poland (0.64%), the Netherlands (0.46%), the Czech Republic (0.41%) and Bulgaria (0.37%).
