The Public Ministry of the State of Acre (MPAC), through the 1st Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Defense of Public Heritage and Inspection of Foundations and Entities of Social Interest, announced this Monday (2) that it will investigate allegations of irregularities that occurred during the application of the public education exam tests, which took place last Sunday (1).

With 46 thousand registered candidates, the competition aims to fill 3 thousand vacancies for secondary and higher level positions, in all regions of the state. The event took place simultaneously in several cities, such as Rio Branco, Cruzeiro do Sul, Brasiléia and Tarauacá.
According to MPAC, among the irregularities pointed out by candidates are the use of cell phones in the classroom, leaking of test questions and lack of adequate supervision during the exam. “MPAC will continue to investigate the facts and, if necessary, will adopt the necessary measures to ensure the fairness of the selection process”, states the institution in a note.
