On social media, residents reported shots in Maré this morning. The Fogo Cruzado Institute, which monitors police incidents in RJ, confirmed the shooting in Nova Holanda at 6:20 am.

The scheme resulted in the financing of a “little box” of the Red Commandwhich enables the purchase of weapons, ammunition and the payment of an “allowance” to the relatives of faction prisoners, as well as the faction leaders.
Members of the criminal organization received orders from the faction’s leadership, mainly from Edgar Alves Andrade, the Dockto set up logistical support and enable robberies in several neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro and the Metropolitan Region.
