OpenAI announced this Wednesday (11) that it was working to fix a flaw after ChatGPT and Sora video generator went offline.
“We have identified the issue and are working to release a fix,” OpenAI said in an X post.
The chatbot has been offline since 9:30 pm, Brasília time. An outage in June lasted more than five hours — OpenAI did not reveal the reason for this failure.
Earlier this month, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said the technology was reaching 300 million active users each week.
