As announced, Fanny Rodrigues spoke with Júlia Pinheiro on the afternoon of this Thursday, December 12th.
The former ‘Somos Portugal’ reporter began by opening up about the way she deals with criticism on social media, admitting that nowadays she is much more hurt than at the beginning of her appearance on television.
“This is a burden for me, this issue of love and hate is very difficult to deal with. I was lucky to have, over the years, my base, my family, who helped me (…) and only recently did I start to realize that, perhaps, this base was not enough”he began by saying.
Fanny Rodrigues emphasized that, nowadays, people are “completely sick”, highlighting that no artist with media exposure should be gratuitously insulted.
“Recently it started to hurt more”realized. “Because in this world, if you’re fat it’s because you’re fat, if you’re thin it’s because you’re thin (…)”he justified.
A beautiful portuguese then she received some advice from Júlia Pinheiro, who reinforced the importance of ignoring criticism and not responding, and was also confronted: “You’re hurt, that little eye isn’t as happy as usual.”said the presenter.
With her voice breaking, Fanny Rodrigues gave a short explanation and couldn’t contain her emotion when she heard the hostess’s question next.
“No, because I went through difficult times…”considered the young woman. “Ah my love, but what does that have to do with that or what does it have to do with other dimensions of your life?”Júlia Pinheiro wanted to know.
In tears, Fanny Rodrigues then left a reflection on these years of public exposure: “Really, my path was not easy at all and I ended up reading… I think it is this maturity that I need to gain, which is not reading everything (…). The best way I responded was by showing, for example, in ‘Somos Portugal’ what I was doing (…)”he assured.
