On New Year’s Eve, people often gather with friends and celebrate the arrival of the new year together. There is alcohol, good food and fireworks, but the meeting does not always turn out well. Even the presenter knows her stuff Adela Vinczeová (44), who spoke for STVR about her most unconventional New Year’s Eve.
“I think it was at one cottage… That was very bad. That’s where we came such different couples and probably all of them broke up after that New Year’s Eve, but nothing fundamental happened, they just lived there and the only one who was there alone ended up in the dental emergency. Actually, we kind of partied the day before New Year’s Eve, and on New Year’s Eve we were just sober. It happened to us that we are actually all in unhappy relationships. It was great…” laughed Adela.
The new year also includes resolutions that many Slovaks make, but the presenter does not stick to this. “The New Year’s resolutions, and more or less any, create pressure on me, but I constantly make a resolution to take away from something, add somewhere. I’ve been working out in the gym for about 25 years, so I don’t have much to add, just don’t spoil the others too much,” concluded the moderator.
