Arrest of South Korean President Yoon is apparently imminent

Seoul – The arrest of suspended President Yoon Suk-yeol is apparently imminent in South Korea. As the Yonhap news agency reported early on Friday (local time), corruption investigators were on their way to the president’s official residence to execute a court arrest order. This was issued on Tuesday because Yoon had missed three summonses from the Corruption Investigation Authority.
