After detention, Toguro was released after signing a statement to appear in court. The situation began when traffic officers were called to deal with illegally parked vehicles.
At the scene, the agents identified two vehicles parked in a prohibited area, one of them being a Fiat/Mobi, with the writing ‘Mansão Maromba’, registered in the city of São Paulo. “The vehicle did not have identification plates. Both vehicles were cited, and the tow truck was called to proceed with the removal,” said the city hall. During the removal of one of the cars, three men disrespected the agents and one of them entered the Fiat/Mobi, trying to remove the vehicle by force.
“In an act of flagrant disrespect and risk to the integrity of the agents, the vehicle was advanced against one of the public servants, colliding with the agent’s body”, added the municipal management. According to reports, the man who was outside the car hurled insults and questioned the officers’ authority, stating that they ‘had no morals’. He also encouraged the driver to advance on the agent.
Given the situation of threat and contempt, immediate support from the Municipal Guard was called in. Those involved were taken to the Civil Police Station. Regarding the case of the influencer taken to the Balneário Camboriú Police Station, the Santa Catarina Civil Police also said that the police officer responsible for the incident, Alison Rocha, preserved constitutional rights by granting the right to speak to his lawyer.
“In a continuous act, the Detailed Term was drawn up in favor of the person driven for contempt of traffic officers and, after signing the term of appearance in court, the man was released,” said the police. When searched, Toguro’s defense was not located. The space remains open for manifestation. Regarding the other two people, their identities were not disclosed.
