Robert Half study reveals demand for flexible transportation benefits in the job market

A study by revealed that 65% of professionals in the job market look for companies that offer mobility assistance. The benefit, which goes beyond the traditional transport voucher, includes a variety of travel options, such as parking, tolls, taxi rides or transport and vehicle rental applications.

The research highlights the growing importance of attractive benefits in attracting and retaining talent in a competitive market.

The mobility allowance is administered using a rechargeable card, providing a practical and flexible solution for employees. However, only 39% of companies in Brazil currently offer this benefit.

To implement mobility assistance, companies need to understand the profile of their employees and their specific transportation needs, which can be done through internal research, says the research. According to the study, it is essential to evaluate the available budget and ensure that the benefit complies with labor standards. Benchmarking with other companies and defining a clear benefits policy are important steps for successful implementation.
