Slovakia has the support of several EU Member States in promoting the topic of unfair commercial practices at European level. On Monday evening, this was stated by the Minister of Agriculture of the Slovak Republic Richard Takáč (Smer-SD) after the meeting of the EU Council for Agriculture and Fishing in Brussels, informs TASR.
The minister confirmed that The unfair commercial practices as well as simplifying the common agricultural policy and agricultural issues related to trade were among the main topics of the ministerial negotiations. He recalled that the topic of unfair commercial practices was promoted in Brussels last year and specified that Currently, these efforts are supported by ten EU Member States.
