Seoul-South Korea’s disempowered President Yoon Suk-Yeol defended himself against his office at a hearing before the Supreme Court in Seoul. On Tuesday, Yoon said whether he gave the order to arrest from MPs at the beginning of December or not, does not speak legally because the command had not been carried out. At the hearing, two former army commander and an ex-secret service employee also said as witnesses.
