Driver runs over pedestrians in Germany

Police said the investigation is underway and has not yet disclosed details about the driver or his history. The city’s University Hospital has activated its emergency plan to serve injuries, mobilizing 8 adult and children trauma teams.
German Carnival is known for attracting crowds to street parades, especially in the region of Rhine. This attack follows a recent history of violence in Germany, being the 2nd of the type in less than 1 month.
