Winter is a time when we want to warm up above all, which is why we reach for a filling hot dish much more often. If you want spring on your plate, reach for spring salad. Such a dish is ideal as a healthy lunch for school or work, you can also serve it for a easily digestible dinner. This dish is a bomb of vitamins, minerals, valuable antioxidants, and protein and fiberthat support satiety after a meal. There is also no shortage of here healthy omega-3 fatty acids. If you want to be in formia and have a slim waist, such a meal is worth eating regular.
For preparation spring saladyou will need:
- 100 g of cold smoked salmon,
- 1 green cucumber,
- 1 tomato,
- 2 eggs (+ 1-2 quail for decoration),
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt,
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil,
- ½ teaspoon mustard,
- several branches of chives,
- a few branches of dill,
- a few fresh herb leaves (for decoration),
- Salt, freshly ground pepper (to taste).
Cook hard -boiled eggs. Pour cold water into saucepans and boil. Croin for 8 minutes, and quail 4 minutes from the moment the water boils. Cool. Dice the chicken eggs and put it into a bowl. Quail eggs cut in half and set aside for decoration. Cut the salmon into cubes. If you don’t have fish in one piece, but in slices, you can cut them into strips.
Wash the cucumber and tomato, cut them into cubes. Finely chop chives and dill. Transfer all chopped ingredients to a bowl with eggs.
In a separate dish, mix yogurt, olive oil and mustard. Add sauce to the salad. Mix Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a platter and decorate with quail eggs and fresh leaves, e.g. basil. Serve the salad with fresh bread or toast.
