There is nothing easier than adding a few drops of essential oil to the resulting mixture. “I like to use them very much because they smell cleaning,” says the expert. “Moreover, everyone has a little different effects. The lemon disinfects and strengthens the effect of the cleaner, the lavender soothes, so I like to use it to clean the bedroom. ”
Essential or fragrant?
Are you going to run straight and start natural cleaning? Wait for a while. Essential oils can be great helpers, but you need to choose well. And not just the smell. “The key is the word essential,” says Kateřina Brožová. “They are also called essential and are formed by distillation of the substance. In stores, however, you will also find “fragrant” oils. They often attract a significantly lower price of the plants or other sources in them is nothing at all. Logically, they do not have the desired effects AI if they smell nicely, simply do not belong to natural cleaning.
