The Attorney General of Justice, moved representations against two public prosecution servants, who made demonstration in front of the institution’s building, in downtown São Paulo, claiming salary readjustment and criticizing
The representations were filed on Friday (28). The document signed by the prosecutor states that during the demonstration, on February 13, the server Leandro Trombini Avancini told the microphone that Costa failed to perform official acts against the Military Police and management (Republicans) to ensure their reappointment to office.
Already Ticiane Lorena Natale, who presides over Sindsemp-SP (union of the agency’s servers), said that Costa and her predecessor, Mario Luiz Sarrubbo, “with the support of the governor, use all the money, all the funds of the prosecutor, almost all the money, to enrich, for their own pockets.”
The prosecutor was appointed by Tarcisio in 2024, in place of Sarrubbo who took over the National Secretariat of Public Security of (PT).
Costa moved a criminal representation against Avancini for slander, with the possibility of a sentence to exceed two years of detention for being practiced against a civil servant.
In another action, the prosecutor also calls for administrative and disciplinary measures to be adopted before him and Ticiane.
In a note to the panel, the Attorney General’s Office said it requires that “appropriate measures are taken against the two servers, as the fair claim for expiration of maturities does not authorize anyone, fully unfounded, to attribute crimes to the head of MPSP or to anyone.”
Sought by the column, Avancini declined to speak. Already Ticiane classified the action as persecution of the servers.
“I have not been summoned yet, but this representation is an attack on union freedom. Generic criticisms were made to the prosecutor and not to the PGJ,” says Ticiane.
“We were protesting asking for salary correction, which is out of 30% at least. While prosecutors will receive hangers that will cost $ 1 billion to the prosecutor’s budget,” he continued the unionist, who has been in the agency for nine years and, since 2024, away as a trade union leader.
