Buenos Aires – At least twelve people died in the floods in the Argentine city of Bahía Blanca. Seven have been identified, reported media, citing the Security Minister of the Province of Buenos Aires, Javier Alonso. The situation was “absolutely critical” and the city “destroyed”, Security Minister Patricia Bullrich said in a radio interview.
