A newly published electronic book by two admirers of the governor (Novo), from Minas Gerais, calls him “Brazilian Milei”.
The authors, Orlando Moreira and Marcos Zenaide, say that the chief executive and the president of the representation of the executive represent a new leadership model that gains space in.
“Zema, with her balanced posture and proven results, stands out as the Brazilian translation of this movement, being widely acclaimed on the right as an example of responsible management and future vision,” says the 28 -page book, which has no editor and circulates in digital format.
Zenaide, one of the authors, was a candidate for councilor for the new, same party of Zema, in last year’s elections in Rio de Janeiro. He received 439 votes.
He told the column that the idea for the book came from the goal of publicizing Zema’s work, but that he does not know him personally. The distribution of the book is free.
“We want this information to reach as many people as possible and thought if something was charged, it was going to create some kind of barrier,” Zenaide said.
The Minas Gerais government was questioned and did not answer if it had any involvement with the publication.
More focused on the Minas Gerais governor than in the Argentine president, the work draws a history of the career of Zema and his period at the head of the state. The governor is the presidency in 2026.
With a complimentary tone, the book says that “more than ‘Brazilian Milei’, Romeu Zema is a living proof that economic liberalism and efficient management can, in fact, change the reality of a people.”
The authors write about what they consider the governor’s achievements, such as the regularization of the salary of the servers, the attraction of investments in the state and the “end of privileges”.
In the chapter in which they cite alleged criticism of the governor and reinforce his defense, the authors do not talk about the biggest questions made by the opposition to Zema: what he granted himself and under his term, which is now about $ 160 billion.
