The Minister of the Civil House, Rui Costa, said that, although the coup had happened 61 years ago, it is still necessary today “Fighting firmly” in defense of democracy and against extremism.
The Minister of Racial Equality, Anielle Franco, said that the promotion of racial equality is also the promotion of a full democracy.
