A 31-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday afternoon after assaulting his own nephews in the Pitanga neighborhood of Serra, Greater Vitória (ES).
According to the Military Police, he hot against a 17 -year -old and a 19 -year -old girl. The smallest was still hanged and threatened by her uncle.
The teenager suffered burns and received care at the Basic Health Unit of the neighborhood before the arrival of the PM.
Already the suspect claimed that the fight began because of the amount of food and said he was beaten first by the young man, who reportedly punched him in his head.
The Civil Police reported that the man was filed in the act and qualified threat. He was sent to the Viana Screening Center (CTV).
