The NEOs are aiming for another legislative period as a red junior partner in the Vienna city government. From this goal, the party does not make a secret even after the departure of the former City Councilor Christoph Retzen as Minister of Education in the BUND. And it can also be stated that the NEOS in the election campaign has so far only criticized the city government partner SPÖ, if at all, only in homeopathic doses.
