The Constitutional Court of South Korea definitely dismisses Yoon for its martial law

The Constitutional Court of South Korea has unanimously confirmed the ‘impeachment’ adopted by the Parliament against the disabled president of the country, Yoon Suk Yeol, and has definitely dismissed him from the position for the imposition of the martial law in December 2024, a measure that he had to withdraw before social pressure and opposition.

The Constitutional has issued his verdict a week before a Seoul Court confirmed that on April 14 the trial against Yoon will begin for alleged incitement to insurrection and abuse of power in relation to the declaration at the end of last year of the controversial martial law, a measure that plunged the country into a serious political crisis.
