This Monday (7) ended the deadline for registration of plates for the next election of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP) and the president of the Electoral Commission, Minister Sidney Sanches, announced that there was a single plate recorded, headed by Paulo Skaf.
Thus, his return to the position he held between 2024 and 2021 is sent, being replaced by Josué Gomes da Silva.
According to the press office, the unique plate is composed of representatives of practically the entire Electoral College of Fiesp and all productive sectors. The election will be on August 4 and will elect, in addition to the next president, the entire board that will command the entity in the quadrennium 2026-2029.
On the Skaf plate are names like André Gerdau, Fábio Ermírio de Moraes, Flavio Rocha, Marcelo Ometto, Marcos Lutz, Andrea Matarazzo, Claudio Lorenzetti, João Marchesan, Saulo Seibel, Dan Ioshpe, José Roberto Ferraz and Marcio de Lima Leite, among others.
Following the registration of the plate, it is up to the Fiesp Electoral Commission, composed, in addition to Minister Sidney Sanches, by Minister Ellen Gracie, Minister Almir Pazzianotto, Judge Maria Cristina Mattioli and jurist Ives Gandra Martins, analyze and approve the documents of the single plate and determine their disclosure.
