System helps in population control, encouraging the fight against abandonment; dogs and cats, with or without microchip, can be registered
Sinpatinhas (National Domestic Animal Register System) in a national database, an instrument to promote ethical population control of dogs and cats, encouraging responsible guard and the fight against abandonment and cases of abuse.
