According to the president, “weapons decide who will survive,” but technological development has been overcoming the defense capacity of countries. He warned that the world is experiencing “the most destructive arms war in history”, using artificial intelligence (AI) in armaments, and defended the creation of global rules on the subject. Zelensky stated that Ukraine had no other choice “but to fight back”, including its own construction of drones, and announced that the country has decided that it will export weapons “tested in a royal war.”
Responsibly by Moscow to the war, Zelensky said that stopping Russian President Vladimir Putin’s offensive is now “cheaper than defending us” and accused the Russian leader of seeking to expand the conflict. He concluded by reporting that he had a “great meeting” with American leader Donald Trump yesterday and said he believed that, with the support of Europe and the US, “we can put an end to it.”
