Salad is a great idea for any meal – nutritious breakfast, addition to lunch, light dinner. In every diet – Mediterranean, ketogenic or vegan. There will always be ingredients that can be combined with each other. We can easily adapt their quantity and quality to our caloric demand and individual preferences.
Salads allow you to compose a varied menu throughout the year. They are very easy to prepare, regardless of the level of culinary skills. The only problem may be the time that needs to be used to cut the ingredients … but it does not always have to be. Simple salad with smoked salmon It’s a meal for two people that you will do in a few minutes.
- 100 g of hot smoked salmon,
- 2 eggs,
- 100 g of cherry tomatoes,
- a small bunch of chives,
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice,
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt,
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise,
- Salt, freshly ground pepper (to taste).
Cook hard -boiled eggs (Cook 8 minutes from the moment the water concludes). Peel and cut with a slicer into eggs or just crush with a fork. Place at the bottom of the salad bowls.
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cross -section into halves. Transfer to salad bowls.
Crush the salmon with a fork. You can also chop it into smaller pieces. Place on a layer of tomatoes. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop the chives. Sprinkle the salmon with it.
Sprinkle the salad with salt and pepper. Combine mayonnaise with yogurt (You can also use ready -made mayonnaise sauce) and add to the salad.
