Venice/Cape Town – The artist Koyo Kouoh, who comes from Cameroon and grew up in Switzerland, died at the age of 57. Kouoh was planned to curate the Venice Kunstbiennale 2026. The Biennale itself announced the news of her death. “La Biennale di Venezia, with dismay, takes note of the news of the sudden and early death of Koyo Kouoh, the curator of the Biennale Art 2026,” said a message on Saturday.
