Flight connected Berlin to Milan
A Ryanair flight connecting Berlin to Milan was forced to make an emergency landing in southern Germany on Wednesday night after facing strong turbulence caused by an electric storm, Reuters advances.
According to German police, nine passengers were injured, including a two -year -old.
“Berlin’s FR8 flight to Milan on June 4 was diverted to Memmingen after suffering some turbulence in the air. The commander requested medical assistance. The plane landed normally and a replacement flight was organized to transport passengers to Milan,” the company announced in a statement.
Among the injured is a woman with head trauma, the two -year -old son with bruises and another 59 -year -old passenger who complained of back pain.
The company provided the passengers to be transported by bus to Milan, as local aviation authorities have not authorized new matches from Memmingen.
