Athens/EU-wide/Brussels-due to a scandal in connection with illegal awarding of EU agricultural subsidies, a Greek minister and three vice ministers have resigned. The Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis accepted the resignations, as his office announced. The background of the scandal is repeated fraud cases with EU funds, in which employees of the responsible authority are also said to have been involved.
