Pedro has proposals?
According to Mauro Cezar, the red-black board considers that, despite Pedro’s importance as a scorer, it may be the ideal time to seek an attacker with different characteristics. The club would be willing to give up the shirt 9 if an expressive offer of another team appears.
Internally, there is an understanding that a more dynamic player would fit the team’s tactical proposal better. So far, no club has shown formal interest in hiring the center forward.
In a recent interview with the Italian press, Flamengo’s soccer director, José Boto, was asked about the ideal type of striker for the current cast. Although not quoted directly, the answer gave clues about the club’s plans for the offensive sector.
