Is the gray socks your bane? All you need is 1 product for pennies to shine with white

Set aside expensive chemicals and stop scrubbing socks that will not recover white. Instead, mix with water in the right proportion and soak these things in it. The effect will exceed your expectations – after all, the socks will plunge with white and will look like new.

White socks not only go crazy, but also appear on them difficult to remove stains from sweat. Most often they occur between the fingers and on the heels. So how do you ask this basic part of the wardrobe with vinegar?

Just mix 1 cup of vinegar from 0.5 liters of cold water. In such a mixture, soak the socks for 30 minutes. We don’t have to worry about the unpleasant smell – this kitchen product quickly evaporates.

After a half -hour soaking, throw things into the washing machine and set the device to 60 degrees, using a delicate washing agent. After one washing on socks there will be no trace of dirt. Most importantly, they will finally regain snow white, and they will become soft, pleasant to the touch.

An alternative to vinegar is baking soda or salt. In this case, dissolve 2 tablespoons of one of these kitchen products in 0.5 liters of hot water. In such a mixture we soak gray socks, also for 30 minutes. After this time, we wash them in a washing machine.

Salt, just like vinegar, restores white, softening fibers of material. In turn, baking soda effectively removes sweat stains and neutralizes an unpleasant smell.

The socks will be even whiter if we add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to a bowl of water and baking soda. Few people know that this fruit is famous for whitening properties.

Another home way is to soak underwear in milk for several hours. The protein softens and refreshes fabrics.

All these natural methods are completely safe for socks. We cannot say the same about the bleach from the store that weaken the fibers of materials.
