From 9am, an auxiliary judge of Minister Alexandre de Moraes, rapporteur of the case, will interrogate the defendants who belong to Center 3 of the complaint presented by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR).
The 11 Army military personnel and a federal police officer are part of the group. Part of the military was part of the Army Special Forces Battalion, whose soldiers are known as black kids.
All are responsible for crimes of armed criminal organization, attempted violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, coup d’état, damage qualified by violence and serious threat and deterioration of listed heritage.
The accused of this core are accused of planning “tactical actions” to effect the coup plan, including the monitoring of Alexandre de Moraes and President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
Because they are in the condition of defendants, the accused may be silent in the face of questions asked by the representatives of PGR and the office of Alexandre de Moraes.
PGR’s complaint about the coup plot was divided into four nuclei. The defendants of nuclei 1, 2 and 4 have already been questioned.

The earlier process is core 1, formed by former President Jair Bolsonaro and seven other defendants. The process is in the final allegations, last phase, and must be tried in September.
