Governous parties filed on Thursday (7) representation to the Board of Directors of the House in which they ask for five Bolsonarist deputies by “” from the table itself, preventing the beginning of the legislative session.
The targets are deputies Julia Zanatta (PL-SC), Paulo Bilynskyj (PL-SP), Marcos Pollon (PL-MS), Zé Trovão (PL-SC) and Marcel Van Hattem (Novo-RS). The texts were prepared by PT, PSB and PSOL – that just did not sign the representation against Zanatta.
Representations cite the fact that some of the parliamentarians participated in the forced occupation of the Plenary Ulysses Guimarães, “preventing and restricting the functioning of the ordinary legislative session of the House of Representatives.”
In the case of Bilynskyj, he is also accused of occupying the table of the Human Rights Commission and assaulting journalist Guga Noblat. Zé Trovão, in turn, would rise from the mayor (Republicans-PB).
Regarding Van Hattem, the parties cite the episode in which he prevented Motta from sitting, which, they say, “characterizes severe disrespect to the deputy’s figure, the president’s authority” and the usurpation of public function.
About Julia Zanatta, it is mentioned that the deputy participated in the occupation of the House table with a baby on her lap, which would configure the “explicit use of the child as ‘shield'”. “The represented was the object of a multiple complaint by formal activation of the Guardianship Council due to the exposure of the child to an environment of instability, institutional tension and physical risk, which violates the principle of integral protection provided for in the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA).”
The representation against Pollon recalls that he sat in Motta’s chair, which would also characterize public function usurpation. “The act, using the physical force, represented direct interference in the authority of the presidency of the house and the legitimate functioning of parliamentary work,” they write.
The texts are signed by PT leader, Lindbergh Farias (RJ), PSB leader Pedro Campos (PE), and PSOL leader, Talíria Petrone (RJ).
