Russia declared today that a meeting between the Russian presidents, Vladimir Putin, and Ukrainian, Volodimir Zelenski, must “prepare thoroughly.”
“Any contact involving the heads of state must prepare thoroughly,” Russian Foreign Minister Serguéi Lavrov told public television.
