This Tuesday (9), the Decree No. 2,697/2025 was published in the Official Gazette, which officially summons the 11th Rio Branco Municipal Health Conference. The meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2025 and will have as its central theme “Strengthening primary health care in the municipality of Rio Branco – Acre”.

According to the decree signed by the mayor, the conference will be a democratic space for social participation, allowing the community to contribute to the collective construction of public health policies, in accordance with Federal Law 8.142/1990, which regulates popular participation in SUS management.
The event will be chaired by the Municipal Secretary of Health and, in its absence, by the President of the Municipal Health Council. If there is a need to change the date, the definition will be up to the Council itself. Expenses with the conference will be funded by the budget of the Municipal Health Secretariat.
