Method of performance:
Prepare the cake. Pour 6 tablespoons of warm water into a deep bowl and pour cocoa. Mix with a whisk or a silicone spatula to combine – so that there is no lump. A smooth, cocoa paste should be created.
Add butter and add sugar to the bowl with the resulting paste. Mix only on a light crumble and then add eggs, milk, vanilla extract and Greek yogurt. Also, pour in flour and baking powder. Mix at low speed, only to combine into a smooth mass (do not mix too long – just to get rid of lumps).
Divide the dough in half and transfer to two cake tin with a diameter of 20 cm (You can, of course, bake one top after another, but this will extend the preparations). Place their bottom with baking paper beforehand, and the sides liberate well with butter. Align the mass with a spoon. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-30 minutes (check the so-called dry stick test). Remove and put on metal races. With a knife, gently cut the sides of the dough from the edge of the mold, put the cake tin upside down and remove the dough to the rash to cool completely. Similarly, do with the second dish. The dough bottom should be upstairs now – remove the baking paper from them and wait until they cool down completely.
In the meantime Prepare a coffee cream. Pour cream into the new bowl, pour in sugar and add vanilla extract. Mix at low speed so that the ingredients combine. After a while, change to high speed to beat the cream. Pour coffee and a teaspoon of warm water into a separate bowl. Mix well with a whisk and pour into whipped cream. Mix only to combine the ingredients.
Fold the cappuccino cake. Put the dough top on the bottom of the plate. Spread half the cream on it (possibly put fruit on it). Cover with a second dough top and cover with the remaining cream (optionally from the top, decorate with crushed nuts or almond flakes). Align the cream and sprinkle with cocoa on the top. Put in the fridge for at least an hour and serve guests.
