Czarek salad is a variance about the classic Caesar salad. It is extremely simple and quick to prepare, so everyone can handle it. Using ready -made croutons, just 10 minutes.
The dish will be great as lunch or dinner, but you can also successfully take it to work or school as a snack. Many versions of this recipe also talk about adding a chicken – and although there is no ingredient in the classic recipe, you can grill and serve it on top.

Ingredients:
- Roman lettuce head,
- 150 g of toasts or slices of bread,
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese,
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Dressing:
- 100 ml of olive oil,
- 50g majonezu,
- clove of garlic,
- 1/2 lemon juice,
- 3/4 teaspoon mustard,
- 3/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
Method of performance:
If you do not have ready toast, you can prepare them by cutting slices into small squares and putting into the oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
Prepare dressing, stirring all the ingredients in the kitchen, mixing at low speed, to obtain a smooth consistency.
Chop Roman lettuce or kidnap in your hands. Put half in the bowl and pour them with a previously prepared sauce. Put the other half of the lettuce.
On top, spread the croutons evenly, followed by grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper. If you use hot toasts, the cheese will melt on them.
On top of the Czarek salad you can put a blot of sauce if you still have any leftovers in a bowl.
Store the remains in the fridge, in a tight container, for a maximum of 2 days.
