Chilled apple tiramisu
Raw materials:
- 3 larger apples
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar semolina
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 ml of whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 1 package of confectionery sponge
- 100 ml of apple juice or cider
- cocoa to sprinkle

Procedure::
Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into small cubes. In a pan, briefly with butter, sugar and cinnamon until they soften and get gently . Let them cool down.
