The INSS CPI approved on Thursday (11) a package of measures that includes the breach of tax, banking and telephone secrecy of persons and entities accused of involvement in millionaire deviations in social security.
Among the targets is Antonio Carlos Camilo Antunes, known as “Bald of the INSS”, appointed as the financial link of the scheme. According to the Federal Police, companies linked to him would have received funds from retirees and pensioners associations and, later, passed on to institute servers or people close to the entities.
Investigations indicate that Antunes moved about $ 53 million, and at least $ 9 million would have been destined for Names linked to the INSS. Summoned, he must give testimony to the committee on the 15th.

Another target of the decision is Alessandro Stefanutto, former president of the INSS removed after PF operation. Fattered by former Social Security Minister Carlos Lupi (PDT), Stefanutto is suspected of supporting the scheme through contracts signed with entities.
The commission also included in the list Danilo Trento and former INSS Attorney General Virgílio de Oliveira Filho, pointed out as articulators of the fraud.
In addition to individuals, the CPI determined the breach of secrecy of retirees and pensioners accused of performing improper discounts directly on the benefits. The period covered will be between the signing of the agreements with the INSS and 2025, according to the president of the board, Senator Carlos Viana (Somos-MG).

Despite the pressures, requests that directly targeted former Minister Carlos Lupi were withdrawn from the agenda, in agreement between members of the government base and the opposition.
