President of the Agro Critica bench “Judgment of Marked Letters” and says Congress will work to vote the amnesty
The deputy and president of (Parliamentary Front of Agriculture), (PP-PR), declared, on Friday (12.Set.2025), that the Bolsonarist Congressmen will not accept that the Supreme Court (STF) (PL) and “Put on the same shelf ” that the “Discounted” President (PT).
“A judgment of letters marked by a political position in which the system tries to equivalent to President Bolsonaro to current President Lula. This one, condemned for corruption, the robbery, for misplaced and that was discount. Now try the system to put the Bolsonaro president in the same shelf, putting him as a bandit, as a criminal and, more than that, trying to execute him from public life […] We will work in the National Congress as much as we can to vote for amnesty and undo this injustice ”Lupion declared, in a shared video on social networks.
The deputy used the vote of Minister Luiz Fux, who diverged from other ministers and, to say that the decision of the Court needs to be annulled through the amnesty articulated in the National Congress.
“Condemning a 70-year-old man to a 27-year penalty is to send him to life imprisonment […] As Minister Fux said in his vote, Bolsonaro was tried by whom he should not judge, in the instance that he should not be and, especially, in relentless political persecution ”he declared.

Bolsonaro sentence
By majority, the 1st Panel of (Supreme Federal Court) sentenced this Thursday (11 Sep 2025) the former president (PL) to 27 years and 3 months in prison for leading the attempted coup d’état in 2022. The penalty must be served initially in closed regime.
Minister Luiz Fux, who of all 5 crimes imputed by the (Attorney General’s Office), said that it would not be coherent to vote in dosimetry in the face of his manifestation over the defendant.
Ministers Alexandre de Moraes, Flávio Dino, Cármen Lúcia and Cristiano Zanin understood that the former president led the criminal organization that was intended to pay attention against the Democratic Rule of Law, welcoming all accusations of the complaint.
Bolsonaro was also ordered to pay 124 fine days, in the amount of two minimum wages per day.
Here’s the penalties of the other defendants:
- Alexandre Ramagem (PL-RJ), Federal Deputy and former director of ABIN (Brazilian Intelligence Agency): 16 years, 1 month and 15 days; Initially, under closed regime.
- Almir Garnierformer Navy Commander: 24 years in prison; Initially, under closed regime.
- Anderson Torresformer Justice Minister: 24 years in prison; Initially, under closed regime.
- Augusto Helenoformer institutional security minister: 21 years in prison; Initially, under closed regime.
- Mauro Cidformer presidential orders: 2 years, in open regime, with restitution of seized goods-received the benefits of the award-winning denunciation.
- Paulo Sérgio Nogueiraformer defense minister: 19 years in prison; Initially, under closed regime.
- Walter Braga Nettoformer minister of the Civil House: 26 years in prison; Initially, under closed regime.
