Caracas-In the midst of increasing tensions between the United States and Venezuela, the government in Caracas has accused the US government a further provocation. US soldiers had hijacked a fishing boat in the exclusive economic zone of Venezuela, Foreign Minister Yván Gil said on Saturday.
