Os Two men suspected of participating in the attack that victimized the former São Paulo Civil Police General, Ruy Ferraz Fontes, may be at large in the capital or Greater São Paulo. The information was confirmed by the delegate acting on the investigation, Rogério Thomáz Barbosa.
The statement was made after the investigations were advised, which have already identified two suspects.
Police are on the streets in search of both.

The temporary arrests of the two suspects were decreed by the court, but the names were not disclosed so as not to compromise the investigations. Police also confirmed that one of the suspects already had criminal records.
In addition to them, other people are under monitoring. According to the delegate, the number of involved in the attack may exceed six.
The Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) reported that, in addition to the testimony of family members, eight search and seizure warrants were served at addresses of Greater São Paulo, including the capital.
A vehicle allegedly used by criminals has already been found. Other objects have been collected and should also assist in the progress of investigations.

Execution
The former general delegate was shot dead on Monday night (15), in Praia Grande, on the coast of São Paulo.
According to the investigation, trying to escape, the victim’s car was hit by a bus and overturned. Then the criminals approached and executed it. The vehicle used by the gunmen was found burned after the crime. Two other people were injured in the action.
Ruy Ferraz Fontes, 65, could not resist the injuries. He held the position of Secretary of Administration of the City Hall of Praia Grande. During his career in the Civil Police, and was considered one of the main enemies of organized crime.
