Substitutes of three central party ministers who are part of the government (), contrary to guidance from the Planalto Palace, on Wednesday night (17).
The acting deputies Allan Garcês (PP-MA), who replaces (sport); Pastor Cláudio Mariano (União Brasil-PA), in the vacancy of (Tourism); and Ossesio Silva (Republicans-PE), alternate (ports and airports), voted in favor of the urgency-three ministers are federal deputies licensed by, and, respectively.

Minas Gerais, linked to the Minister of Mines and Energy, Alexandre Silveira, had four votes in favor of the urgency and only one opposite. The minister, however, was nominated by the party bench on the influence of the Senator (PSD-MG), former president of the High House.
Led by the Minister of Cities, and his brother, Governor Helder Barbalho, the Pará, who has nine federal deputies, delivered four votes contrary to the urgency and had three absent deputies, which was interested in the government. Two parliamentarians EMEDEBISTS PARAENSES voted in favor of urgency.
