New BTG/Nexus research released this Monday (15) shows the president () with 49% of voting intentions in the second round, against 43% for the senator (-RJ).
The PT member’s advantage, which is now 6 percentage points, was 4 points. The PT member appeared at the time with 47%, while the former president’s son (PL) scored the same 43%. In the previous month, they were technically tied: Lula with 46% and Flávio with 45%.
The current president also leads in the first round scenarios, followed by the congressman.
The survey interviewed 2,017 respondents aged 16 or over by telephone from June 12th to 14th. The margin of error is two percentage points, with a 95% confidence interval. The survey is registered with the (Superior Electoral Court) under code BR-06645/2026.
In the first first round scenario, Lula has 42%, and Flávio, 33%. Next comes a block formed by () and (Missão), both with 4%, (Novo), Joaquim Barbosa (DC), (), the three with 2%, and () and (Mobiliza), each with 1%.
In an alternative configuration, with fewer names, Lula has 43%; Flávio, 34%; Renan, 5%; Whitewashed, 4%; Zema, 3%; and Joaquim Barbosa, also 3%.
Lula is also ahead in the other second round scenarios tested by Nexus. In a possible direct clash with Zema, the PT member registers 49% of intentions, against 39% from Minas Gerais. If the opponent were Caiado, the current president would have 48%, compared to 39% for Goiás. Against Renan, he would score 49%, and the MBL leader, 36%.
