The decision of the court not to let Mikuláš Černák from prison is an important signal that in Slovakia there is still a clear line between multiple killer and someone worthy of admiration. This was stated by the President of the National Council of the Slovak Republic Richard Raši (Voice-SD) on the social network. “Despite some attempts to build a cult of personality that we have been able to see in the public space in recent months,” he added.
The former boss of the Banská Bystrica underworld Černák remains in prison for life. The decision of the Senate of the Trnava District Court on the proposals for conditional release of Černák is not valid. The defense filed a complaint decided by the Regional Court.
