Manila-After the Super-Taifun “Ragasa”, a new tropical storm has reached the Philippines: “Bualoi”, who reached Typhoon strength late Thursday evening, met in the eastern province of Samar with gusts of up to 165 kilometers per hour on land, as the State Weather Office Pagasa announced. Civil protection reported at least four fatalities in the morning (local time). Most died from falling debris.
