The first day of NA (Supreme Federal Court) has full schedule, with meetings with presidents of higher courts and second instance.
The meetings were requested by Fachin himself, in a signal that he intends to give and the dilemmas of the judiciary.
The minister has a meeting in the morning with the president of the Mercosur Permanent Court of Review, Eladio Loizaga, and a ceremony for the signing of the new technical cooperation agreement with the Federal Council of (Brazilian Bar Association) for the Supreme Lawyer.
Fachin also participates in a meeting with the presidents of the courts exceeding 11h. The Ministers (STJ), (TSE), (TST) and (STM) should participate.
In the afternoon, Fachin meets with the presidents of second instance courts and then with the counselors who are part of the CNJ (National Council of Justice). The last agenda of the day will be with the presidents of judiciary associations.
