The president of the United States, said on Tuesday (30) that it gives to the “Three or four days” to respond to his Gaza Peace Plan, which stipulates the group’s complete disarmament and his exclusion from a future role in the government. “We will give them about three or four days,” Trump told reporters when asked about a deadline. “Hamas will accept it or not. And if they do not accept, it will have a sad ending,” he added.
A Palestinian source said Hamas began evaluating the 20 -point American plan. “Hamas today begins a series of consultations between its political and military leaders, both inside and outside Palestine,” said the source, who called for anonymity. The organization will give an answer “that will represent Hamas and resistance movements,” he added. At Qatar, a Foreign Ministry spokesman stated that Hamas’s negotiating delegation promised to study Trump’s plan “responsibly” and should keep talks with groups and Turkey on Tuesday.
Trump also stated that Washington is prepared to harden his posture if Hamas does not accept the peace plan for Gaza. “If Hamas does not agree with peace agreement, we will be very hard with them,” he said in a speech in the war department. Trump even stated that the US “we may have been able to end a 3,000 -year war yesterday,” in reference to the Page White House for Peace in Gaza.
