Ação Unidas do Montanhês annually holds a large celebration to commemorate Children’s Day, on Rua Manaus, in Bairro Montanhês, and this year (2025) will be no different. The event promises a day full of joy, games, snacks, cake and lots of fun for children in the community.
The party is scheduled for October 12th and, to make everything happen, the organization is collecting donations from the population. Among the items requested are food, sweets, ingredients for snacks and cake, new or in good condition toys, children’s clothes and shoes, as well as cash contributions to help purchase what is missing.
Donations can be made in different ways: money, toys, clothes, shoes, food or other materials to support the event. The organization highlights that every contribution makes a difference and helps make Children’s Day in the Montanhês community an unforgettable moment for children. The expectation is that, with everyone’s participation, the celebration will be marked by lots of fun, solidarity and joy.
