A cat from the Feldkirch district, Vorarlberg, currently employs two lawyers. As ORF Vorarlberg reports, the case will continue to be dealt with by the judiciary in the future. That’s what it’s about: Angry neighbors complained about scratch marks on the wall. Leo’s owners, on the other hand, speak of normal “cat behavior”. The district court has already decided that the cat owner either keeps the animal in the house or gives it away – and she has now filed an appeal.
